ABOUT SISTERLOVE: Established in 1989 and headquartered in Atlanta, GA, SisterLove, Inc.'s mission is to conduct Racial Justice and Reproductive Justice programs that produce tangible outcomes. Additionally, SLI conducts programs to eradicate the impact of HIV and sexual and reproductive oppression upon all women, their families, and communities locally and

internationally.

Quality Home Care Services, DBA Quality Comprehensive Health Center, (QCHC) is a multi-faceted, one-stop shop organization, with five locations, that has been serving the West End, Charlotte, NC, community for over 16 years.

At Quality, we provide a variety of services to our patients within the West End community and the surrounding area. Our goal is to remove barriers to care for individuals and families, and provide the highest standard of primary and specialty healthcare to all our patients. We do this by providing a “one stop shop” style of service delivery for the community.

Positively U, Inc. is a non-profit community-based organization created and led by minority citizen activists and staffed with a majority of individuals living with HIV in Central Florida. Since its inception in 2009, we have served our communities with dignity and respect regardless of age, race, religion, creed, ethnicity, income, disability or gender through leadership and advocacy initiatives.
